Legends Flames ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ReBlade mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

ReBlade does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require user accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions to function properly:

Camera Permission

• Purpose: To record Reblade battle videos
• Usage: Videos are recorded locally on your device
• Storage: All recordings are saved to your device's local storage in the "ReBlade Battles" album
• Data Sharing: We do not access, transmit, or share your camera data

Microphone Permission

• Purpose: To record audio for battle videos
• Usage: Audio is recorded alongside video during recording sessions
• Storage: Audio data remains on your device within the recorded videos
• Data Sharing: We do not access, transmit, or share your audio data

Media Library/Storage Permission

• Purpose: To save recorded videos and access them in the gallery
• Usage: Save videos to your device's "ReBlade Battles" album, access and display videos in the in-app gallery, allow video playback and deletion
• Storage: All media remains on your device
• Data Sharing: We do not access, transmit, or share your media files

3. Data Collected Automatically

The App itself does NOT automatically collect any data. However, third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain information as described below.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

ReBlade uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data for advertising purposes.

Data Collected by AdMob:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address
• App usage data
• Ad interaction data

Purpose: To serve personalized advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud

How We Use Your Information

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not use, process, or share any personal data. The App functions entirely on your local device.

Locally Stored Data:

• Videos you record are stored only on your device
• App preferences (premium status, settings) are stored only on your device
• Score data is stored only on your device during app sessions

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties because we do not collect personal information.

The only data sharing occurs through Google AdMob and Google Play Services as described in their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention

• Video Recordings: Stored on your device indefinitely until you manually delete them
• App Preferences: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App
• Session Data: Cleared when you close the App

We do not store any data on our servers.

Children's Privacy

ReBlade does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App is designed to be family-friendly and does not require any personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information.

COPPA Compliance: The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Security

While we do not collect or store personal data, we implement security measures to protect the App's functionality. The security of your videos depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using device lock screens, keeping your device OS updated, and using secure storage encryption if available.

• Videos: You have complete control over videos recorded by the App
• Permissions: You can revoke camera, microphone, or storage permissions at any time through your device settings
• Ad Preferences: You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings

In-App Purchases

ReBlade offers an optional premium upgrade through in-app purchases to remove advertisements and unlock additional features. All payment transactions are handled by Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store payment information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
